Shipping & Returns
Shipping is calculated at checkout and is based on item's weight.
We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.
All orders are processed within 24 hours and shipping times are between 12 - 20 working days for all items. Items shipped from China.
Returns
All returns are accepted as long as the request is made to return the item within 30 days of receiving the merchandise.
You are in charge of returning the item to us and the return cost is covered by you (the customer).
All refund requests must be made to sales@hannabannaclothing.com
Once we receive the items back we will process the return and refund the balance back to your account.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds/Returns are not available on our subscription products.
