Politique de remboursement
- All returns are accepted as long as the request is made to return the item within 30 days of receiving the merchandise.
- You are in charge of returning the item to us and the return cost is covered by you (the customer)
- You will have 30 days to send the item back for full refund once you submit your refund request.
- All refund requests must be made to sales@hannabannaclothing.com
- The package will be returned directly to our UK head office. Parcels returned to any other address associated with the company will not be eligible for a refund and will be destroyed.
- Once we receive the items back we will process the return and refund the balance back to your account.
- Shipping Fees are non-refundable
- Refunds/Returns are not available on our subscription products
